The prices set between the MULTISERVICES JOE BECHARA company and the client - in order to place at his disposal machines - include the provision of the technicians services for the full day (between 5 and 8 hours maximum) or for half day (for 4 hours or less) and concern only one address and one configuration.

Work may not begin in the middle of the day or in the middle of the afternoon, except under special agreement.

Fees of a site visit by a technician provided by MULTISERVICES JOE BECHARA (upon the client's request) are: ? 80 Exclusive of tax.

Fees of the parking permit request provided by MULTISERVICES JOE BECHARA (upon the client's request) are: ? 80 Exclusive of tax.

Except by special and a written agreement, payment (for professionals) must be done on-site by check to the account of 'MULTI SERVICES JOE BECHARA' (according to French law Number 92-1442 dated from December 31st, 1992.) Should payment not occur, the technician and the MULTISERVICES JOE BECHARA reserve the right to postpone any services.

The client is responsible for the consequences of accidents and damages that occur during work that is asked of us to perform. In fact, the client may have used poor supports which are not capable of the required load, whether the furniture elevator was used with or without the assistance of a technician (on the grass for example, on walls or on other supports such as a ladder top.). Similarly, the client is responsible in case any damage -caused by our technician- occurs consequently to the help he provided for handling the loads.

In case any damage occurs, the client abandons any appeal against the MULTISERVICES JOE BECHARA company, the materials' owner and the insurance company, except in the case where there is proof showing the damage happened due to a weakness in the material or resulted from an error done by our technician.

The client must obtain a parking permit in order for the furniture elevator to park correctly. All fees related to the parking permit are the responsibility of the client.

If one of the conditions of this contract is not fulfilled, or if the service required by the client is likely to be dangerous for people or to cause damage on goods or materials, the technician in charge of the service reserves the right to refuse the work. Similarly, the technician can refuse performing the service if the client was informed about the danger and does not want to abide by the technician's requirements. In the case a breach to the obligations occurs, the client remains indebted to the MULTISERVICES JOE BECHARA company by an indemnity of 50% of the daily package price. In addition, the client will not claim an indemnity for non-performing the contract, whatever the damage he invokes are.

Cancelling this contract less than 48 hours will imply a charge of 50% the price of the daily package price.

The machine's characteristics as described are nominal. This implies that the numbers given are maximal and concern the machine's performance in the best conditions. It is necessary to follow the particular instructions depending on the machine's characteristics.

The MULTI SERVICES JOE BECHARA company reserves the right to entrust the total or partial execution of the service to any other qualified company.

The MULTI SERVICES JOE BECHARA company reserves the right to change the dates of the services it has to fulfill in the case of bad weather - the weather forecast of Meteo France being the evidence. The client will not claim an indemnity for non-performance of the contract, whatever the damage.

In case the client does not pay the amount required on time and if it leads to a formal notice, the collection charges imposed will lead to the payment of 15% of the due amounts without any damage of the monthly default interest at base lending rates of more than 3 due points starting from the fixed due date.

You can pay by check, transfer payment or cash when renting a furniture elevator.
